HOBO BREAD 
1 1/2 c. raisins
1 c. cold water
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. oil
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 c. nuts (pecans or walnuts)

Cook raisins in water. Cool and add baking soda.

Beat together, sugar, salt, oil and egg. Combine 1st & 2nd steps. Mix with flour and nuts. Use three tin cans #2 1/2 size. Wash take lid off, grease inside and fill 3/4 full of bread mix. (Bread rises while baking). Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Let cool. Bread comes out easily.
