PRALINE SAUCE 
1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. light corn syrup
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. light cream or can evaporated milk

In small saucepan melt the butter. Stir in sugar and corn syrup. Stir constantly over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat and add cream and pecans. Keep in refrigerator and stir up before serving. Good over ice cream.
