HAZELNUT BROWNIES 
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips (9 oz.)
6 tbsp. butter
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped hazelnuts

Melt chips and butter together over low heat, stirring constantly. Cool. Blend eggs and vanilla into chocolate mixture. Add milk and flour, baking powder alternately to chocolate mixture. Add nuts. Spread in a greased 9"x9"x2" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. Cool and cut into squares or bars.
