SPIRAL PASTA WITH PESTO 
1 box spiral pasta
1/3 c. water
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. English walnuts
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

In a blender, mix water, walnuts and garlic clove. Add half of the oil and half of spinach. Chop briefly. Add remaining oil and spinach. Chop briefly. (Only want to chop, not puree.) Cook and drain spiral pasta. Add pesto to hot drained pasta. Mix. Add Parmesan cheese and salt. Mix well. Serve immediately.
