RAISIN CREME PIE 
1 c. raisins
2/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, separated
1 tbsp. butter

Boil together raisins, water and sugar for five minutes.

Mix egg yolks, cornstarch and milk and add to raisin mixture. Cook until thick and pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue and brown in a 350 degree oven.
