SPINACH SALAD 
Fresh spinach for 10
1 hard boiled egg per person
1 bacon strip, cooked crisp and crumbled, per person
1 sm. onion, sliced, per person

DRESSING:

(Don't cut this recipe--will refrigerate well) 3/4 c. sugar 1/3 c. catsup 1/4 c. vinegar 1/2 tsp. onion juice (by blender from sliced onion) 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix thoroughly in blender. Be sure sugar is dissolved.

Do not tear spinach in small bites. Arrange large leaves on salad plate; add sliced egg, crumble bacon on top, add onion slices. Spoon small amount of dressing over salad.
