4 eggs 1/2 c. half and half 1/2 c. milk 1 1/2 c. cheese 1/4 tsp. salt or onion salt (opt.) 1/8 tsp. nutmeg CHOICES: Chunked turkey or ham Green bell peppers Mushrooms, sauteed Bacon Lightly steamed cauliflower or broccoli Beat all of this together except cheese and choices. Fold in cheese and your choices. Pour into a frozen pie crust or Pillsbury pie crust or your own. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn down to 350 degrees and bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Stick a knife in the middle to see if done. It should not be wet or gooky. |
