ORANGE PECAN SOUR CREAM MUFFINS | |
1 1/3 c. presifted flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 tbsp. orange rind, grated 1/2 c. pecans, chopped 1 tbsp. butter, melted 1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 tsp. baking powder 3 tbsp. sugar 1 c. sour cream Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease muffin pans or line with paper liners. Sift together the flour, baking powder/soda, and sugar. In mixing bowl, combine egg with sour cream, melted butter and grated orange rind. Add dry mixture, along with chopped pecans and mix until all flour is moistened, do not overbeat. Bake 15-20 minutes or until browned. |
