BLENDER QUICHE 
3 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. ham or bacon, chopped
1 c. grated Swiss cheese

Put all ingredients except meat and cheese in blender for a few seconds. Pour into 9-inch greased pie pan. Add meat and cheese and push down into egg mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 35 or 40 minutes until eggs slightly brown. Let set 10 minutes before cutting.
