BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 lg. bag broccoli, chopped
1 pt. half and half cream
2 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
6 slices Velveeta cheese

Cover broccoli with water, add 1 tablespoon salt and cook until very tender. Add half and half and 2 tablespoons butter and milk. Add cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low heat until cheese is melted and heated good.
