TURKEY POULETTE 
About 2 c. turkey chunks (or chicken may be substituted)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk
1/2 can white wine (optional)
1 sm. can mushrooms
About 1/2 lb. crumbled bacon
About 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 sm. can peas (optional)

Warm soup, milk, wine, etc.; add cheese until melted. Add turkey meat and bacon, mushrooms. Serve over toast. This serves about 7, so cut recipe in half for less.

I usually start this with about 2 tablespoons butter and saute green onions, celery and 1 white onion until soft.
