TURKEY DRESSING 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. minced onion
1 qt. diced celery
4 qts. bread cubes, firmly packed (2-4 days old)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 1/2 to 2 c. broth, milk or water

Cook onion and celery in butter over low heat until onion is soft. Blend seasonings with bread cubes. Add onion, celery and butter. Blend. Pour the broth gradually over surface, stir lightly. Add more seasoning as desired.

You can either stuff a turkey with this or bake in loaf pan or casserole the last hour of turkey cooking. If desired baste with pan drippings. I bake this the same temperature as when I bake a turkey.
