1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello, NOT sugar free 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello, NOT sugar free 1 1/2 pts. heavy whipping cream 1 box Nabisco's Famous Chocolate Wafers Fresh Strawberries & chopped nuts Mix packages of Jello with half the required water - hot. Put in refrigerator and let ALMOST SET; should be thick but kind of runny in the middle. Put in large mixer bowl and beat (could possible take 30 to 45 minutes of beating) until Jello comes to top of bowl. Put Jello in refrigerator while you whip the 1 1/2 pints of whipping cream, not too stiff, adding vanilla and sugar to taste. Then quickly fold cream and Jello together (do not beat real fast, but fold until all one color). Then pour into spring form pan that has been lined sides and bottom with Nabisco's "Famous Chocolate Wafers". Top with sliced fresh strawberries in season or maraschino cherries, diced, and chopped nuts. Refrigerate 6 to 8 hours. |
