SIMPLE TOMATO SOUP AND NOODLES | |
I use this recipe for myself or double it for two people, etc. 1 to 1 1/2 cups dry pasta (depending on size/shape of pasta preferred) 1 (10 oz.) can condensed tomato soup 1/2 cup milk (add little by little until you reach desired taste) 2 tbsp. butter pinch of salt Boil water and cook noodles to desired tenderness (refer to box of dry pasta used). Drain noodles. Leave in strainer. In the same pan combine tomato soup, milk, butter, and PINCH of salt. Heat mixture until smooth, creamy, and hot. Add noodles back into mixture. Heat a bit longer.
