MARSHMALLOW SALAD 
1 c. mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. pineapple tidbits or chunks, save juice
Coconut to taste
1 c. fruit cocktail
1 c. sour cream (or whipped cream)
1 1/2 to 2 c. miniature marshmallows

Better if ingredients are combined 1 or 2 hours ahead as fruit will marinate in juices. Pineapple juice can be used to thin salad to taste.
