CHICKEN NUGGETS 
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. dried basil
3/4 c. butter, melted
2 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes

In a shallow bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Place melted butter in another. Dip chicken in butter and roll in crumbs. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake uncovered at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until juices run clear. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
