CARAMEL CORN 
4 qt. popped corn
1 c. brown sugar (packed)
1/3 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 brown paper bag
1 cube butter

Spray paper bag with Pam. Put popped corn in bag. In large saucepan melt butter, brown sugar and corn syrup. Heat to boiling stirring constantly. Let boil for 1 minute then add the baking soda and boil for another minute. Pour caramel sauce over the popped popcorn in the bag. Heat in microwave for 1:30 on high power.

Shake very well and cook for another 1:30 on high power and shake well after then cook for 30 seconds. Shake well and cook for 30 seconds. Shake well and spread on a sheet of wax paper. Let cool and break into pieces.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
