BASE:

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/3 c. butter
1 egg
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butterscotch chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix cake mix, butter and egg until crumbly. Press into 9x13 inch greased and floured pan. Beat the egg, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Stir in nuts and chips. Pour over base, spread evenly. Bake 25-35 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool before cutting.
