PECAN DELIGHT PIE 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, firm packed
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 stick melted butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. pecan halves
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1 (9") pie crust

Combine sugars, water, flour, and salt, beat in eggs, one at a time, add milk; mix well. Stir in pecans and vanilla. Mix well. Bake in unbaked pie shell at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 35 to 40 minutes or until filling is puffed in center and browned. Cool before cutting.
