JIFFY SHRIMP CURRY 
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of shrimp soup
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. curry powder
1 (8 oz.) can dairy sour cream
2 (4 1/2 oz. each) cans shrimp, drained and rinsed
Chopped egg or crumbled bacon (optional)

Approximately total microwave time 7-8 minutes in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Combine soup, butter, onion, curry powder, and sour cream. Microwave at 5 minutes uncovered or until the sauce bubbles around edges. Stir in shrimp. Microwave on high 2-3 minutes until hot. Garnish with egg or bacon if desired. Yields 4-6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
