1 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 can (20 oz.) apple pie filling
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

1. Mix dry ingredients together.

2. Add eggs, oil, apple pie filling and vanilla. Mix thoroughly.

3. Bake in 10 inch greased tube pan for about 1 hour at 350.

4. Do not remove from pan until completely cooled.

5. Serves 12.

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk

Whip all together until fluffy.
