9 LAYER MEXICAN DIP | |
2 (15 oz.) cans refried beans 2 chopped avocados 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. sour cream 1/4 c. picante sauce 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese 4 chopped green onions 1 (4 oz.) can sliced black olives Layer beans, avocados, thin layer of mayonnaise and sour cream in 9x13 inch pan. top this with a layer of picante and the cheeses. Sprinkle onions and olives on top. Heat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Serve with corn or tortilla chips. OPTIONAL: I often do not bake this dip. I put together on serving dish. OPTIONAL: Add 1 pound ground beef and serve in flour tortillas for a main dish. |
