HUNGARIAN NUT ROLL 
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
3/4 lb. butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. yeast

Heat milk to lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in milk. Add all other ingredients, small amounts at a time and mix well. Refrigerate at least 10 hours.

Nut Filling:

1 lb. ground walnuts
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
canned evaporated milk (enough to make paste)

Put out small amount of confectioners sugar on pastry sheet. Roll portion of dough into a square and cut into 2-inch squares. Place small amount of Nut Filling on square and fold over. Seal.

Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
