TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 1/3 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1 c. milk
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Sour cream

Brown the beef with the onion; drain off the fat and add the taco seasoning. Place in a greased 9-inch pie plate. Put chiles on top of meat.

Mix the eggs, milk and Bisquick; pour over meat and chiles. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Top with 1/2 of the cheese and bake for another 5 minutes. Top with sour cream, lettuce, tomato and remaining cheese.
