CARROT CAULIFLOWER CHEESE PIE 
Pastry pie shell
1/4 c. butter
1 c. chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1 med. cauliflower, cut into flowerets
1/2 c. sliced peeled carrots
1/2 tsp. crushed savory
Dash crushed oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk

Saute onions and garlic in butter, stir in vegetables, seasonings, eggs and milk. Cover and cook 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Sprinkle 3/4 cup cheese on bottom of pie shell, add vegetables and top with remaining cheese.
