ANTIQUE SHOW WATERCRESS SOUP 
3 c. boiling water
3 c. raw potatoes, peeled and diced
1 1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 bunch watercress with stems removed
4 chicken bouillon cubes
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk or light cream
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. watercress
1/4 tsp. paprika

To boiling water add potatoes and onions. Boil for 30 minutes. Add watercress and cook for 10 minutes. Add bouillon cubes and butter and blend in blender until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Serve hot or cold.
