CREAM CHEESE MINTS 
3 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. each of flavoring & coloring (use only a drop or 2 if using oil flavoring)

Mix cream cheese and sugar. Add flavoring and coloring and mix. Use flexible molds to shape. Store in refrigerator. Yield 100 small mints.
