CHOCOLATETOWN PIE 
9 inch unbaked pastry shell
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla extract or 2 tbsp. bourbon
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 c. Hershey's semi sweet chocolate chips or mini chips
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Festive whipped cream (optional)

Prepare pastry shell; set aside. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In small mixer bowl, cream butter; add eggs and vanilla or bourbon. Combine sugar and flour; add to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts; pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until golden. Cool about one hour; serve warm. Garnish with Festive Whipped cream, if desired, 8 to 10 servings.

FESTIVE WHIPPED CREAM:

In a small mixer bowl, combine 1/2 cup chilled whipping cream, 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1 teaspoon bourbon. Beat until stiff. About 1 cup topping.
