POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 potatoes
1 pt. sour cream
1 lb. sliced sausage
6 eggs, hard-boiled
butter
Bread crumbs

Boil potatoes in skin, cool and peel. Slice potatoes and hard-boiled eggs. Grease casserole with butter. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Place a layer of egg slices, then a layer of sausage slices. Spread with sour cream. Continue filling casserole in this manner ending with potatoes.

Pour remaining sour cream on top, sprinkle with more bread crumbs and drippings. Bake in moderate oven about 1 hour at 350 degrees.
