PETER PAUL MOUND CAKE 
Bake a 2-layer chocolate cake mix. Let cool.

COCONUT FILLING:

1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
15 lg. marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla
14 oz. flaked coconut

Boil sugar and milk 5 minutes. Turn off heat. Add vanilla and coconut. Split layers of cake, spread with filling, including top.

CHOCOLATE ICING:

1 stick butter
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash salt
1/2-3/4 box powdered sugar
Milk enough to moisten

Cream butter, cocoa and salt. Add vanilla. Add powdered sugar and milk. Mix well. Spread over cake.
