MANDARIN DELIGHT 
1 c. mandarin sections
1/2 c. Grand Marnier liqueur
1 tbsp. sugar
4 scoops vanilla ice cream, softened
4 scoops orange sherbet, softened
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

In a bowl toss oranges with liqueur and sugar. Set aside. In a separate bowl mix ice cream and sherbet until well blended. Stir orange mixture into ice cream and divide among dessert dishes. Serve immediately topped with whipped cream. Serves 4 to 6.
