CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts
3 zucchini, sliced
1 onion, sliced
6 potatoes, sliced
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. wine
15 oz. tomato sauce

Spread chicken breasts in a casserole dish. Sprinkle garlic powder. Cover chicken with potatoes, onion and zucchini. Pour a small amount of white wine over to marinate for 1 hour. Pour one can of tomato sauce on top. Cut butter pats and place on top. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until potatoes are cooked. Serves 4.
