LOW CAL LEMONADE PIE 
Chill 1 can of Pet light evaporated skimmed milk, reserve 1/2 cup. In the 1/2 cup of skimmed milk stir in 1 tablespoon or 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin, let it soften then heat until gelatin is dissolved.

Cool slightly, then add to large bowl that is chilling over ice, add 1 small tub Crystal Light Lemonade Mix, slowly beat in the rest of chilled evaporated skim milk until frothy. Stir in 1 cup Cool Whip, pour into already prepared graham cracker crust, chill.
