3 med. sweet potatoes or 1 c. mashed
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/3 stick butter
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook sweet potatoes and mash. Add sugar, eggs, butter, milk, and vanilla. Mix about 5 minutes and pour into a deep dish pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
