RHUBARB AND STRAWBERRY JAM 
6 or 7 c. rhubarb
5 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
6 oz. strawberry Jello

Mix first 3 ingredients to boil together. Simmer 35 minutes. Add 6 ounce strawberry Jello after boiling. Sterilize jars 1 pint size or smaller. Seal with cover only.
