FINNISH CRABMEAT SALAD 
2 cans crabmeat
1 sm. can mushroom pieces
1 chopped cucumber
2 chopped apples
Dill, lemon and lettuce

Drain crabmeat and mushrooms. Mix with cucumber and apple. Carefully add sauce made of: 2 tbsp. heavy cream Salt and pepper

Chill and serve on a bed of lettuce garnished with dill and lemon slices.
