CAULIFLOWER-BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 lg. head cauliflower, chopped
1 bunch broccoli, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped

DRESSING:

3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise
1 (1 oz.) pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® buttermilk dressing mix
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Combine vegetables. Combine dressing ingredients. Toss with vegetables. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Serves 6-8.
