PEAR SALAD 
1 (No. 2 1/2) can pears
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, whipped

Drain juice from pears (reserve 1 cup). Bring to boil and add Jello. Chill until set. Blend pears and cream cheese. Stir into Jello, add pecans and whipping cream. Put in ice box to set.
