PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
8 pork loin chops
6 med. onions
2 tbsp. paprika
4 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. apple juice
4 potatoes, sliced
3 tsp. oil

Brown chops (both sides) in oil, remove from pan. To the drippings add onions, paprika, salt, and pepper saute until onions are tender. Remove from pan. Stir in flour to the remaining drippings until blended, gradually stir in apple juice, cook until thickened.

In baking dish, place, chops, onions, potatoes and flour mixture. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
