CRAB - BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter
Minced onion
2 tbsp. flour (or 2 1/2)
1 c. milk (little more if sauce desired)
1 tbsp. lemon juice (generous)
1 lb. crab meat
Salt & pepper as desired
1/4 c. soft bread crumbs

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Arrange broccoli in buttered 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Melt 1/4 cup butter in saucepan. Saute onion, stir in flour and seasoning. Gradually stir in milk and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Stir in lemon juice and crab.

Pour over broccoli. Mix bread crumbs in butter and sprinkle on mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly and brown.
