CHILI - LOW CALORIE 
1 lb. ground chuck (or ground turkey)
2 c. water
6 oz. chopped onion
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
2 (#303) cans kidney beans
2 pkgs. Sweet-N-Low
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. chili powder

Cook first 3 ingredients until meat is done (about 20 minutes). Then drain through a sieve. Add remainder ingredients. Cook over low to medium heat until consistency you like (about 20 to 30 minutes).
