Bananas found in the international produce section of supermarket.

These bananas are usually green in the store. Wait until they are yellow to almost black before they are ripe for cooking. Heat oil in skillet. Peel bananas with a knife. Slice lengthwise about 1/4 inch thick. Fry in hot oil until crisp. Drain on a paper towel, and salt. (Venezualan dish.)
