HOMEMADE CRANBERRY SAUCE
(CRUNCHY)
 
2 bags whole cranberries
1 large orange
2 boxes cranberry Jello
1 bag pecans

Mix the Jello and refrigerate for 30 to 45 minutes. Chop up cranberries in a food chopper and put into a large bowl. Cut the orange and squeeze all of the juice into the cranberries.

If you choose, you can also put the pulp of the orange into the mix. Chop the pecans in the food chopper and pour into the bowl of cranberries. Stir well until everything is mixed.

When the Jello is semi-firm (soft) stir into the cranberry mixture and stir well until everything is mixed. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

When ready to serve, stir the mixture with a large spoon. Enjoy!
