2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. self rising flour
1/4 c. cooking oil
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. pecans

Mix all ingredients except pecans. Beat well. Fold in pecans. Spray waffle iron with Pam. Pour mix into hot waffle iron.
