SHEPHERD'S PIE 
2 lbs. chopped meat
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
3 sm. carrots, precooked, sliced
3 tbsp. ketchup
2 lbs. potatoes
Demi glaze or gravy mix

Saute onions until soft not brown. Add chop meat and garlic until cooked. Skim off excess oil and mix ketchup into mixture. Add carrots and demi glaze or gravy mix until mixture is moist or of thick consistency. Leave to cool for 1/2 hour.
