1 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 (15 oz.) dry cottage cheese
1 egg yolk
3 tbsp. sugar
Squeeze lemon juice

Thoroughly mix all above ingredients together. Place a little in the blintz and roll up. Then fry in a small amount of butter. You may serve applesauce, jams, etc. to put on top of the fried blintz. Or you may roll up a little jam in the blintz inside of the cheese filling.
