OYSTER STEW 
1 (8 oz.) can oysters
1 level tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 dash hot sauce
3 c. homogenized milk
3 tbsp. butter

Pour all ingredients into a 3 or 4 quart saucepan. Heat, but do not boil. Serves 4.

Note: Any seasoning that contains celery and onion flavor may be used.

If you start with raw oysters heat them in their own liquor until their edges curl, then add to the other ingredients.
