BROC-BUSTER SALAD 
2 heads broccoli, florets only
1/2 lb. bacon, fried & crumbled
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. raisins, soak in water to plump
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1/2 c. cubed cheese (Mozzarella, provolone)

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. white vinegar
1/4 c. sugar

Mix dressing ingredients, stirring well. Combine salad ingredients and pour dressing mixture over salad. Toss and chill in refrigerator.
