MUD PUDDING DESSERT 
1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together and pour in a greased 8x8 pan. In another bowl mix: 1/2. c. brown sugar 2 1/2 tbsp. cocoa

Sprinkle this over first batter. Heat 1 cup of water to boiling (measure after heated) and pour this over entire mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve pieces by turning them upside down so pudding mixture will spread over cake mixture. Top with Cool Whip.
