CARROT SALAD 
3 c. grated uncooked carrots
1 c. raisins (cooked until plump, cool and drain)
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar (optional)

Mix all ingredients well and serve in salad dishes. This salad can be served at once or chilled and served later.
